Abstract: In June 2023，the European Federation of Periodontology（EFP）released guidelines for the prevention and treatment of peri-implant diseases. The content includes the definition and pathophysiology of peri-implant diseases，management sequences，prevention，treatment for peri-implant mucositis，and surgical and non-surgical treatments for peri-implantitis. The management of peri-implant diseases involves specific interventions based on different treatment stages and the clinical status of peri-implant tissues. Furthermore，four-level prevention strategies are proposed for the pre- and post-implantation stages. This article aims to interpret the management sequence and prevention strategies for peri-implant diseases，providing standardized guidance for clinicians in the treatment and prevention of peri-implant diseases.

摘要： 2023年6月，欧洲牙周病学会发布了种植体周围疾病的预防与治疗指南，其包括种植体周围疾病的定义、病理生理学、管理顺序、预防，种植体周黏膜炎的治疗，以及种植体周炎的手术和非手术治疗。其中，种植体周围疾病的管理根据不同治疗阶段和种植体周围组织的临床状态实施具体的干预措施，且根据种植体植入前后的不同阶段提出了种植体周围疾病的四级预防策略。本文旨在对种植体周围疾病的管理顺序及预防进行解读，以帮助临床医生对种植体周围疾病的治疗及预防进行规范指导。
