Abstract: Surgical robots have many advantages,such as high precision,good stability,flexible operation,and the ability to provide a three-dimensional stereoscopic view. They are suitable for precise surgery in narrow anatomical spaces and have broad application prospects in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. However,the number of oral and maxillofacial surgeons with experience in robotic surgery is extremely limited,which restricts the widespread application of this technology. At present,standardized training programs for robotic surgery have not been established in domestic schools of stomatology. The training content is inconsistent,and the assessment methods are not clear,necessitating further exploration and improvement. This article discusses the key issues and training models for robotic surgery training,aiming to promote the popularization and development of robotic surgery in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.

摘要: 手术机器人具有精细度高、稳定性好、操作灵活及可提供三维立体视野等优点,适合在狭小的解剖空间内进行精准手术,在口腔颌面外科领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,具有机器人手术经验的口腔颌面外科医生数量极少,限制了这项技术的推广应用。目前国内口腔医学院校尚未形成标准化的机器人手术培训方案,培训内容不统一,考核手段不明确,亟需进一步探索和完善。文章针对机器人手术技能培训的关键问题和培训模式展开探讨,旨在推动口腔颌面外科领域机器人手术的普及和发展。
