Abstract: Immediate implantation in the aesthetic zone has the distinct advantage of preserving the soft and hard tissue contours to the greatest extent possible，and is now a more common treatment option. However，immediate implantation has a higher failure rate compared to the early and deferred implantation. Inflammation of the peri-implant connective tissue and progressive loss of bone tissue are currently the main causes of implantation failure. In this article，we will discuss the risk factors and management of common biological complications after immediate implantation in the aesthetic zone，with a view to referrences for clinicians in the prevention and management of such disorders.

摘要： 美学区即刻种植具有明显的优势，能最大程度地保留软硬组织轮廓，是目前较常见的治疗方式。但是，相对于早期种植和延期种植，即刻种植失败率较高。种植体周围结缔组织炎症和骨组织进行性丧失是目前导致种植失败的主要原因。文章将从美学区即刻种植常见生物学并发症的风险因素及处理方式进行探讨，以期为临床医生在预防和处理此类疾病时提供借鉴。
