Abstract: In recent years，bioceramic root canal sealer has become a hot issue. Bioceramic sealer shows advantage in flowability，hydrophilicity，biocompatibility and bioactivity，which contributes to similar or even better clinical sealing effect compared to resin-based sealers. This article summarizes the classification of bioceramic sealer，its sealing mechanism，and also the classification and the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used testing methods for sealing ability of root canal sealers. Besides，the comparison of the sealing ability between bioceramic sealers and other kinds of sealers is also discussed.

摘要： 近年，生物陶瓷类封闭剂成为热点，因具有良好的流动性、亲水性和生物相容性，以及独特的生物活性，应用于根管充填时可获得近似甚至优于树脂类封闭剂的封闭效果。文章主要就生物陶瓷类封闭剂的分类和封闭机制、常用封闭性能检测方法的分类和优缺点，以及常见生物陶瓷类封闭剂与其他种类根管封闭剂的封闭性能的比较做一阐述。
