桩核冠虚拟仿真实验教学系统的应用效果研究

Abstract: Objective    To explore the teaching effect of post and core crown virtual simulation experiment teaching system in the experimental course of prosthodontics. Methods    A total of 80 undergraduates of year 2018 in the School of Stomatology of Southwest Medical University were selected and randomly divided into virtual simulation teaching group and traditional teaching group,with 40 students in each group. The virtual simulation system was used in the virtual simulation teaching group,while traditional teaching was performed in the traclitional teaching group. At the end of the course,the teaching effect was evaluated and questionnaires were used to perform teaching saaessment. Results    The scores of theory and case analysis of the virtual simulation teaching group were higher than those of the first examination of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the scores of the virtual simulation teaching group and those of the second examination of the traditional teaching group(P > 0.05). The evaluation and satisfaction of the students in the virtual simulation teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion    The application of virtual simulation system in experimental teaching of oral post and core crown can achieve a better teaching effect than traditional teaching methods.

摘要: 目的    探讨桩核冠虚拟仿真实验系统在口腔修复学实验课程中的教学效果。方法    选取西南医科大学口腔医学院2018级本科生80名,随机分为虚拟仿真教学组与传统教学组,每组40名学生。虚拟仿真教学组采取虚拟仿真实验教学系统进行桩核冠章节的实验教学,传统教学组采取传统实验课教学法,课程结束后比较2组教学效果并进行教学评价问卷调查。结果    虚拟仿真教学组的理论考试成绩及案例分析考试成绩均高于传统教学组第1次考试成绩,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);而与传统教学组第2次考试成绩相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P > 0.05)。虚拟仿真教学组学生对所使用教学手段的评价及满意度显著高于传统教学组,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。结论    将桩核冠虚拟仿真实验教学系统应用于口腔修复学实验课教学,能够取得明显优于传统实验教学方法的教学效果。
