Abstract:

Abstract：The application of nitrous oxide inhalation sedation in dentistry is widely used and proved to be very effective and safe. However，with its increasing use in recent years in China，the importance of safety should be emphasized. The article reviewed both experiential opinions and published guidelines in this field，provided comprehensive practical measurements and techniques in risk control in the whole clinical process of nitrous oxide inhalation sedation.

笑气吸入镇静辅助口腔治疗，可减少患者的疼痛和焦虑，这一技术的顺利开展，有赖于对安全性的重视和保证。本文从整个治疗过程的各个环节和涉及的各个方面，结合作者的自身经验，就安全性保证的具体实施措施和细节，给出了总结和建议。
