Abstract:

Hospital infection is not only a worldwide difficult task，but also one of the patients′  safety issues that World Health Organization （WHO）is highly concerned. The paper reviewed the brief histories of hospital infection and control in clinical medicine and oral medicine in the world，initially analyzed the status and problems of infection in stomatological hospitals that started later in China，and discussed how to develop control of hospital infection for patients′ safety scientifically and regularly.

摘要：

医院感染是一个世界性的难题与课题，也是世界卫生组织（WHO）高度关注的患者安全管理焦点与重点之一。文章回顾和追溯了国际与国内、临床医学与口腔医学医院感染控制工作的简要发展史，初步分析了起步较晚的中国口腔医院感染控制的现状与问题，对如何科学、规范、有序地开展口腔专业医院感染控制与患者安全管理工作进行了探讨。
