作者简介: 胡开进，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔外科主任。兼任国际牙医学院院士，中华口腔医学会牙槽外科学组组长、颞下颌关节及牙合学专业委员会委员、颞下颌关节病学组委员、镇静镇痛专家组成员，全国光学专委会理事，全军激光医学专业委员会常委，《中华口腔医学杂志》审稿专家，《牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志》、《实用口腔医学杂志》、《国际口腔医学杂志》等多本杂志编委，国家自然科学基金评审专家，国家精品课程主讲教授。曾参加全国口腔医学８年制统编教材和全国高等院校研究生统编教材的编写工作，卫生部“十二五”规划教材《口腔颌面外科学配套光盘》主编。发表教学和科研论文150余篇（SCI收录28篇），出版专著30余部（主编及主译12部）。共获得国家、军队、省部和院校级基金、课题16项，获得国家、军队、省部级教学及科研奖励14项。全军育才奖、第四军医大学十佳中青教师获得者。荣立三等功1次。

Abstract： Temporomandibular joint ankylosis （TMJA） is a common disease that leads to limitation of mouth opening， masticatory difficulty and affects patient’s physical and mental health. The trauma is the most common factor. So the mechanisms and the clinical prevention of TMJA development are concerned and are always the focus of research in the field.

摘要：

颞下颌关节强直（temporomandibular joint ankylosis，TMJA）是口腔颌面部常见的疾病，可导致患者开口受限、咀嚼困难等，严重影响患者的身心健康。临床上，TMJA多由创伤引起。因此，创伤性TMJA的发生机制以及如何在临床上预防其发生一直是众所关注的热点和难点。
