Abstract: In clear aligner therapy，orthodontists must consider the predictability of tooth movement when making clinical decisions and treatment plans. However，the predictability of different types of tooth movement varies，and the conclusions of existing studies are not consistent. This paper reviews the researches on the predictability of tooth movement in clear aligner therapy in recent years and summarizes the issues that remain unsolved in current studies，aiming to provide theoretical support and evidence for clinical application as well as to offer further recommendations for future research.

摘要： 在进行无托槽隐形矫治时，正畸医生需要参考牙齿移动的可预测性进行临床决策和方法设计。然而不同牙齿移动类型的可预测性存在差异，现有研究的结论也并不统一。文章将回顾近年来对无托槽隐形矫治中牙齿移动可预测性的研究，并对当前研究中仍待解决的问题进行归纳总结，以期为临床应用提供理论支持和依据，并为今后开展相关研究给出进一步参考意见。
