Abstract: Zirconia ceramic materials closely mimic the color of natural teeth,exhibiting high strength,toughness,and biocompatibility. These properties significantly reduce patients′ chairside time,positioning them as crucial elements in oral restoration. Cutting,grinding,and polishing represent pivotal steps in the fabrication and processing of zirconia ceramic restorations. The cutting,grinding and polishing performance are critical indicators for determining their suitability for large-scale clinical application. However,there is currently a lack of standardized evaluation criteria. This article offers a comprehensive review of research progress concerning the influencing factors and evaluation methods of cutting,grinding,and polishing performance of dental zirconia ceramics. The aim is to enhance the reproducibility of test results for zirconia ceramic samples and provide eviclence for establishing evaluation standards for the processability of zirconia ceramics.

摘要: 氧化锆陶瓷材料接近天然牙颜色,具有较高的强度、韧性和生物相容性,可显著缩短患者的椅旁时间,在口腔修复领域占据重要地位。切削和研磨抛光是氧化锆陶瓷修复体制作加工的重要步骤,可切削性能和研磨抛光性能是其能否大规模临床应用的主要指标,然而目前尚缺乏统一的评价标准。文章就口腔氧化锆陶瓷切削及研磨抛光性能的影响因素与评价方法的研究进展做一综述,以提高氧化锆陶瓷样品测试结果的可重复性,并为建立氧化锆陶瓷可加工性能的评价标准提供依据。
