Abstract: Lysozyme is a kind of cationic protein and widely present in tissues，circulating cells， serum，tears，saliva，other exocrine secretions of human body. Lysozyme，a component of the host non-specific immune system found in saliva，has significant antifungal activity and anti-inflammatory effect. This review describes the relationship between common oral diseases and the level of lysozyme.

摘要：     溶菌酶是一种碱性蛋白，广泛存在于人体组织及分泌物（血清、泪液、唾液和淋巴等）中。溶菌酶作为口腔非特异性免疫系统的重要组成部分，具有抗真菌和抗炎的作用。本文就溶菌酶与口腔常见疾病的关系研究做一综述。
