Abstract:

Objective To compare the clinical effect of the ceramic crowns made of Ni-Cr alloy，gold alloy，gold - electroforming. Methods One hundred and twenty ceramic crowns were made of three alloys respectively（40 pieces each type）. The color，margin fitness and cervical gray line of the ceramic crowns were checked after 2 years. Results The gold - electroforming and gold alloy ceramic crowns were better than the Ni-Cr alloy ceramic crowns in color，cervical gray line and margin fitness （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of gold alloy and gold - electroforming ceramic crowns is better than the Ni-Cr alloy ceramic crowns.

摘要：

目的 评价金沉积、金合金和镍铬合金3种不同基底烤瓷冠临床应用效果。方法 对2004年5月至2006年5月在辽宁省妇幼保健院口腔科进行烤瓷冠修复的患者35例（120颗牙），根据患者要求分别制作镍铬合金基底、金合金基底、金沉积基底烤瓷冠，每种基底烤瓷冠40颗牙。观察比较戴冠2年后3组烤瓷冠在颜色、边缘的密合度、牙龈染色等方面的情况。结果 金合金基底、金沉积基底烤瓷冠在颜色、冠边缘的密合度及颈缘染色均优于镍铬合金基底烤瓷冠，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 金合金基底和金沉积基底烤瓷冠临床效果好。
