Abstract:

Abstract:Acellular dermal matrix(ADM)is a substitute and restorative material for human dermal tissue in recent years and was firstly used in burn patients. As a kind of natural material in tissue engineering,ADM has excellent histocompatibility and complete three-dimensional meshy scaffolds. Currently,there are a variety of acellular dermal graft products of different modes on the market,which are applied in the clinical treatment of periodontal disease. This review describes the application of ADM in the field of periodontology and its recent research progress.

摘要:

脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)是近年来兴起的一种人体真皮缺损的替代和修复材料,最早用于皮肤烧伤及缺损的治疗。作为一种天然的组织工程学材料,ADM具有极好的组织相容性及完整的三维网状支架结构。目前,市面上有多种不同厂家和型号的ADM移植物产品可应用于牙周病的临床治疗,本文就其在牙周病学领域的应用及其相关研究进展做一综述。
