人工智能辅助药物相关性颌骨坏死的预防与治疗研究进展

摘要: 药物相关性颌骨坏死(medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw,MRONJ)是一种特殊的颌骨并发症,其病因与危险因素尚不明确,暂无统一治疗方案。人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术是推动口腔医学发展的重要方向之一,其已广泛应用于预防、诊疗、预后等关键环节。文章就MRONJ的病因与危险因素,以及AI在MRONJ预防与治疗中的应用前景做一综述,以期为之后的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(MRONJ)is a special complication of the jaw. Its etiology and risk factors remain unclear,and there is currently no unified treatment protocol. Artificial intelligence(AI)is one of the pivotal directions driving the development of dental medicine,and it has been widely applied to key aspects such as prevention,diagnosis and treatment,and prognosis. This article reviews the etiology and risk factors of MRONJ,as well as the application prospects of AI in the prevention and treatment of MRONJ,aiming to provide a reference for future research.
