摘要: 压电水凝胶是将水凝胶聚合物和压电材料相结合的一种新型复合材料,其既具有水凝胶良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,还可利用压电材料模拟骨组织内源性生物电,促进细胞增殖和分化,加速骨缺损修复。文章就电刺激促进骨再生机制及压电水凝胶分类、制备方法和在骨组织工程中应用研究进展做一综述,以期为骨缺损修复提供新的治疗思路。

Abstract: Piezoelectric hydrogel is a new type of composite material that combines hydrogel polymers with piezoelectric materials. It not only has the good biocompatibility and biodegradability of hydrogel,but can also use piezoelectric materials to simulate the endogenous bioelectricity of bone tissue,promoting cell proliferation and differentiation and accelerating bone defect repair. The article provides a review on the mechanisms of electrical stimulation in promoting bone regeneration,the classification and preparation methods of piezoelectric hydrogels,and their application in bone tissue engineering,aiming to provide new treatment ideas for bone defect repair.
