正畸上颌扩弓有限元分析研究进展

摘要: 上颌扩弓是治疗上颌横向发育不足、协调上下颌骨间关系的重要治疗方法之一。有限元分析是一种研究上颌扩弓实用且高效的数字化生物力学分析方法。如何在扩弓时获得最少的牙性效应和最多的骨性效应是正畸领域的研究热点。文章就正畸上颌扩弓有限元分析的研究进展做一综述,探讨不同扩弓方式下上颌骨的应力变化和牙齿的移动趋势,为临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: Maxillary expansion is one of the most vital treatment regimens for treating maxillary transverse deficiency and harmonizing the relationship between the upper and lower jaws. Finite element analysis is a practical and efficient digital biomechanical analysis method to study maxillary expansion. The way to obtain the least dental effect and the most bony effect during maxillary expansion is a research hotspot in the field of orthodontics. This paper reviews the research progress in finite element analysis of orthodontic maxillary expansion,and discusses the stress changes of maxilla and the trend of tooth movement in different maxillary expansion methods,so as to provide reference for clinical application.
