根管治疗中便宜形制备与机械预备并发症控制

摘要： 根管治疗术是目前治疗牙髓病和根尖周病变最有效的方法，其中的首要步骤是髓腔进入和初预备。形成操作便宜形有利于根管系统的清理和减少机械预备并发症的发生，对于高质量完成根管治疗和预防医源性问题至关重要。文章就根管治疗中便宜形制备的方法、其在机械预备并发症控制方面的临床意义以及微创开髓理念做一介绍。

Abstract: Root canal therapy is currently the most effective method of endodontics，the first step of which is pulpal access and primary preparation. The convenience form facilitates the clearance of the root canal system and reduces the occurrence of mechanical preparation complications，which are essential for the high quality of root canal treatment and the prevention of medically induced problems. This article introduces the methods of preparation of convenience form in root canal treatment，its clinical significance in the control of mechanical preparation complications and the concept of conservative endodontic access cavity.
