口腔颌面部多间隙感染46例病原菌分析

摘要:

目的 分析口腔颌面部多间隙感染的临床表现及病原菌分布,以期指导临床治疗。方法 回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年10月青岛大学医学院附属医院收治的46例口腔颌面多间隙感染患者的临床资料,分析其感染来源、病原菌种类及治疗方法。结果 共培养出病原菌50株,革兰阳性球菌、革兰阴性杆菌、革兰阳性杆菌及白色念珠菌分别占84%、12%、2%、2%,其中前5位病原菌分别是金黄色葡萄球菌、星座链球菌星座亚种、F群链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌及肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种。结论 口腔颌面部多间隙感染多为混合感染,合理使用抗生素、及时切开引流是早期控制多间隙感染的有效手段。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study the pathogenic bacteria distribution of oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections in order to provide a reasonable guidance to the clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective study in 46 patients with oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections was carried out in Affiliated Hospital of Medical College, Qingdao University,between January 2008 and October 2012.The source of infections, pathogenic bacteria distribution and clinical treatment were analyzed. Results In total,50 pathogenic bacteria strains were isolated,including Gram-positive cocci(84%),Gram-negative bacilli(12%), Gram-positive bacilli (2%) and funji(2%).Among pathogens,the most common pathogenic bacteria strains were Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus constellatus ssp constellatus, F group of streptococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Conclusion Oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections are usually mixed infections;the reasonable use of antibiotics and surgical intervention are important in the control of oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections.
