口腔颌面部软组织损伤的急诊处理

  • 作者简介:朱亚琴，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任上海交通大学口腔医学院副院长、口腔急诊学教研室主任，上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔综合科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔急诊专业委员会副主任委员、全科口腔医学专业委员会常务委员，上海市口腔医学会全科口腔医学专业委员会主任委员，国际牙医师学院院士。发表论文100余篇，主编和参编专著10余部，负责国家自然科学基金等科研项目10余项。从事牙病的综合诊治，擅长牙体美容修复、根管治疗及根管治疗后的牙体修复、成人牙外伤的综合诊治。

摘要：

口腔颌面部软组织损伤是口腔急诊的常见病、多发病。由于所处部位和对美学的影响，在处理这类损伤时应有别于身体其他部位。文章根据口腔颌面部软组织损伤的特点，详细介绍了急诊处理时的原则和要点，并对不同部位的损伤处理分别进行阐述，以期为广大口腔急诊医生的临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract:

Oral-maxillofacial soft tissue injury is a common and frequently occurring disease in emergency. Due to the position and the aesthetics，the treatments of such damages are different from other parts of the body. In the paper，we introduce the principles and key points of treatments according to the characteristics of oral-maxillofacial injuries，and describe the methods about different parts of injury，in order to provide reference in clinical treatment of oral emergency.
