Flexitime硅橡胶印模材料临床操作性能分析研究

摘要: 目的    评价Flexitime硅橡胶印模材料的临床操作性能。方法    对2011年11月至2012年1月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的60例上颌磨牙单冠修复患者,分别采用Flexitime硅橡胶印模材料(Flexitime组)、ExpressTM硅橡胶印模材料(ExpressTM组)和Impregum聚醚橡胶印模材料(Impregum组)单步取模法制取上颌印模,根据操作时间、口内凝固时间和从口内脱模难易程度对3种印模材料的临床操作性能进行综合分析比较。结果    Flexitime组、ExpressTM组及Impregum组操作时间和口内凝固时间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。Flexitime组口内凝固时间与操作时间无相关关系(P > 0.05);ExpressTM组及Impregum组均呈负相关(P < 0.01)。Flexitime组及ExpressTM组与Impregum组口腔内脱模难易程度比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论    Flexitime硅橡胶印模材料操作时间短,口内凝固快,且口内凝固时间不受操作时间影响,从口内脱模容易,临床操作性能优越。

Abstract: Objective    To compare the clinical operation performance of Flexitime vinyl polysiloxane impression material with two other elastomeric impression materials presently used in our hospital. Methods    Sixty patients who visited our hospital from Nov.2011 to Jan.2012 were divided into three groups in sequence randomly. They all need single crown made for their maxillary molars. All impressions were taken in one-step impression technique with Flexitime for group A,and ExpressTM and Impregum for group B and C respectively. Their clinical operation performance were compared according to operating time,oral setting time and demoulding difficulty. Results    (1)There were statistical differences between means of any two groups in operating time(P < 0.01). (2)There were statistical differences between means of any two groups in oral setting time(P < 0.01). (3)The oral setting time of group A did not correlate with its operating time(P > 0.05). But there was significantly negative correlation between oral setting time and operating time of both group B and group C (P < 0.01). (4)There were no statistical differences between group A and group B in their demoulding difficulty (P > 0.0125),but the differences were statistically significant compared to group C(P < 0.005). Conclusion    Either the operating time or the oral setting time of Flexitime is the shortest and the oral setting time of Flexitime is uninfluenced by its operating time. Besides,it is easy to demould from the oral cavity. Flexitime does have a superior clinical operation performance.
