超薄瓷贴面制作和临床应用

  • 作者简介:骆小平，教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。1993、1996年先后获第四军医大学口腔医学院硕士、博士学位；1996—1998年在华西医科大学口腔医学院进行博士后研究工作。2000年在英国Manchester University Dental School任客座教授，2004—2005年在Manchester University Dental School做高级访问学者，2009—2010年在King’s College London Dental Institute做访问学者和客座教授。现任南京大学口腔医学院副院长、修复科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔修复专业委员会常务委员，江苏省口腔医学会口腔修复专业委员会主任委员，Journal of Oral Rehabilitation、《中华口腔医学杂志》编委，Dental Materials 审稿人，以及其他7本国内口腔医学类期刊的编委。曾获南京市拔尖人才、江苏省“六大高峰”优秀人才等称号，2008年获国务院特殊津贴。擅长前牙美学修复的序列治疗及自然牙列磨耗后的咬合重建修复。目前，承担省级课题3项，以第一作者及通讯作者发表论文120余篇。主编专著2部，参编3部。获省部级科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖2项，卫生厅新技术引进一等奖3项、二等奖3项。

摘要： 随着高强度、高半透性玻璃陶瓷材料的研制成功，为临床超薄瓷贴面的应用提供了基础。本文介绍了超薄瓷贴面的临床适应证、制作工艺和粘接技术，并采用IPS  e.max HT玻璃陶瓷成功地为1例年轻的牙列稀疏患者完成了美学修复。

Abstract: The development of high strength and high translucent glass ceramic provides the basis for  the ultra-thin ceramic veneers. This paper introduced the clinical indication， fabrication method and bonding technique of ultra-thin ceramic veneers， and  an aesthetic anterior  restoration for young female patient with sparse tooth scattered dentition using successfully completed the IPS e.max HT glass ceramic.
