微创技术在牙及牙槽外科中的应用

  • 作者简介:汪湧，副教授、副主任医师。现工作于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颌面外科。兼任中华口腔医学会牙槽外科学组副组长等职。从事牙槽外科和颌面部神经疾患的诊治20余年，擅长颌面和牙槽部良性肿瘤的手术治疗和修复、各类复杂牙齿的拔除及三叉神经和面神经的手术和非手术治疗。在国内外首创使用牵引治疗拔除压迫下牙槽神经的第三磨牙。对口腔黏膜的缺损修复也有独特的治疗方法。发表论文20余篇，其中SCI收录论文3篇。参编《邱蔚六口腔颌面外科学》、《口腔颌面外科手术学》、《口腔局部麻醉与口腔门诊急救》等专著6部。

摘要： 微创这一新的概念的提出，标志着外科领域走向了新时代。随着微创概念的进一步推广，微创技术逐渐扩展到医学的各个学科，从而也衍生出各种微创器械的研发和应用，近几年在口腔外科也迅速发展，并将微创技术从单一的拔牙迅速发展到牙槽外科的各个领域。本文将详细介绍微创技术在牙及牙槽外科中的应用，为今后制定标准化的微创技术打下基础。

Abstract: The emergence of minimally invasive technique makes the surgery enter into a new era. With the further promotion of the concept of minimally invasive，minimally invasive technology gradually extended to all disciplines of medicine， which also spawned the development and application of various minimally invasive devices. Minimally invasive techniques developed rapidly from a single tooth extraction to various areas of the alveolar surgery. This article introduced the development and application of minimally invasive techniques to the tooth and alveolar surgery in detail，and paves the way to the standardization of minimally invasive techniques for the future.
