口腔局部麻醉发展概述

  • 作者简介:秦瑞峰，医学博士、副教授、副主任医师。现工作于第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔外科。从事口腔颌面外科医疗、教学和科研工作14年，在颌面外科常见病和多发病的诊治，尤其是牙槽外科、复杂牙拔除方面积累了丰富经验。发表论文40余篇，其中SCI收录3篇。主持省攻关课题1项，参与国家、军队和省部级课题多项。参编专著7部。

摘要： 麻醉的历史就是人类控制疼痛的历史，口腔局部麻醉学作为麻醉学的一个分支，在解决口腔疼痛疾患以及各种口腔手术治疗中起到极其重要的作用。本文对口腔局部麻醉的发生、发展，局部麻醉药物和注射器械的发展以及口腔局部麻醉的未来展望等做一述评，为进一步推广口腔局部麻醉技术抛砖引玉。

Abstract: The use of local anesthesia has become an important method of pain control in dentistry. All branches of specialized，clinical oral health care have been advanced through the use of local anesthesia. In this paper，we reviewed a brief history of pain control in dentistry and the development of devices required for the delivery of local anesthetic agents，in order to further promote the concept of pain control and the practice of dental local anesthesia in China.
