普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤分子生物学机制及其临床应用研究进展

摘要:

目前,普萘洛尔已成为复杂严重婴幼儿血管瘤的一线治疗选择,但其究竟是通过何种机制治疗婴幼儿血管瘤仍然没有一个普遍接受的观点。本文对目前国内外关于普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤的分子生物学机制及其临床研究做一综述,以期为临床使用普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤提供有价值的线索和启示。

Abstract:

Oral propranolol has become a very recent first-line treatment option for complicated and severe infantile hemangioma with impressive efficacy and generally good tolerance. However,the effects of propranolol on infantile hemangioma were discovered by chance,and very little is known about its mechanisms of action in infantile hemangioma. Here we present a summary of current knowledge of how propranolol interferes with endothelial cells,vascular tone,angiogenesis and apoptosis and the clinical application progress of propranolol treatment for hemangioma. We hope that this review can provide valuable clues and inspiration for clinical application of propranolol treatment for hemangioma.
