口腔种植电子病历系统建立的研究进展

摘要：

提要：电子病历是基于一个特定系统的电子化患者诊疗记录。口腔种植治疗由于治疗时间长、复诊次数多、病历资料多样化等特点，迫切需要建立一种可实现病历快速录入、病案质量管理、临床诊疗信息保存、影像测量分析、快速查询等功能的电子病历系统，以满足口腔种植专科电子病历管理的需要。本文就电子病历的发展及口腔种植科电子病历的建立做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary：The electronic medical record（EMR）is an electronic patient′s diagnosis and treatment record according to a particular system. For dental implant has many characters，such as long therapy procedure，regular return visits and diverse data，it is imminent to establish an electronic medical records system，which can achieve rapid entry of electronic medical records，medical records quality management，the preservation and query of clinical information，measurement and analysis of digital image data. These functions can meet the requirement of dental implant electronic medical information management. This article makes a detailed review on the development and establishment of dental implant electronic medical records.
