锥形束CT在颞下颌关节疾病诊治中的应用

  • 作者简介:程勇，医学博士、主任医师、副教授、硕士研究生导师。现任武汉大学口腔医学院放射科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会放射专业委员会副主任委员、颞下颌关节病学及牙合学专业委员会委员、中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会涎腺学组副组长等职。主要从事口腔颌面医学影像诊断、涎腺非肿瘤性疾病以及颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床、科研及教学工作。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，省级科研课题2项。

摘要：

提要：随着锥形束CT在口腔颌面部应用的开展，锥形束CT也逐渐应用于颞下颌关节疾病的影像诊断中。本文介绍锥形束CT在颞下颌关节疾病中的应用现状，包括颞下颌关节紊乱病、颞下颌关节发育畸形、关节创伤、关节强直以及关节肿瘤等，结果表明锥形束CT作为一种有价值、有前途的影像检查方法，可以用于颞下颌关节疾病特别是关节骨性改变的评估中。

Abstract:

Summary：With the advance of cone beam CT（CBCT）in oral and maxillofacial region，CBCT was gradually used in temporomandibular joint. The aim of this paper was to introduce the application of CBCT to the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint diseases，including temporomandibular disorders（TMD），deformity，trauma，ankynosis and tumor of temporomandibular joint. CBCT was found to be a valuable and promising method for investigating bony changes of temporomandibular joint diseases.
