氧化锆桩核修复前牙牙体缺损50例临床评价

摘要：

目的    观察氧化锆桩核在修复前牙残冠、残根中的临床效果。方法    收集 2006—2008年佛山市禅城区口腔医院就诊的前牙牙体缺损患者50例（59颗患牙），采用氧化锆桩核及全瓷冠修复，随访3年，观察其临床效果。结果    随访3年后，所有患者均未见桩核折断、根折、边缘着色和继发性根尖周炎。修复后1、2、3年牙龈出血指数（BI）、牙周袋深度（PD）、附着丧失（AL）与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义（均P > 0.05），修复后各时间点间BI、PD及AL比较差异亦均无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。二氧化锆桩核修复体的色差（ΔE）均处于临床可接受范围内，获得良好的美观效果。结论    氧化锆桩核具有良好的美学和功能效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective    To observe the clinical effect of zirconia post in the restoration for anterior residual crown or root. Methods    Totally 59 destructed teeth were repaired with zirconia post-cores and all ceramic crowns. At the 3-year recall appointments， a sample of 59 crowns was clinically examined. Results    No periapical pathology， gingival black line， fracture of the root， or fracture of the restoration was observed among these protheses. No significant difference was observed in the BI， PD and AL of zirconia post and cores. ΔE of zirconia prostheses was within clinical acceptable level. Conclusion    Zirconia post and core shows satisfactory esthetic and functional result， and seems to be a reliable treatment option.
