规范牙周外科操作  提高手术成功率

  • 作者简介:刘晓峰，上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院牙周科副主任医师。兼任中华口腔医学会牙周病专业委员会委员，上海口腔医学会牙周病专业委员会常务委员。1993年毕业于上海第二医科大学口腔系本科并留校任教，2002年获硕士学位。在多年的临床和教学工作中，主攻牙周病的临床和实验研究，在牙周病的诊断及基础治疗和中重度牙周病的综合治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验，并与其他口腔临床学科（修复、正畸、种植）合作进行跨专业联合治疗；在临床实践中尽可能采用新材料和新技术，以提高牙周病治疗的综合疗效。先后主持和参与上海第二医科大学、上海市科委、教委及卫生局等科研课题十余项。发表论文十余篇。2007年参与完成的《釉基质蛋白诱导牙周组织再生的方法及应用》获上海市科技成果二等奖。

摘要：

提要：牙周手术治疗主要是为了消除牙周袋，建立生理性的软、硬组织形态，促进牙周组织修复和再生，建立新的牙周附着关系，恢复美观和功能需要。现代牙周手术往往包含软、硬组织的再生手术，而手术的成功，必须依赖实施规范的牙周外科操作，才能提高手术成功率。随着各种新技术和新材料用于牙周手术治疗，牙周手术的结果才会实现组织再生。

Abstract:

Summary：The periodontal surgery is done to reduce pockets and improve the contour of the bone and gingiva around the teeth. Periodontal surgery involves reflecting the gum line to create access to adequately treat the root surfaces and the supporting bone. During periodontal surgery，certain regenerative procedures such as soft tissue and bone grafts and guided-tissue regeneration can be performed. The ultimate goal is to reduce pockets and improve the attachment level to the teeth. The achievement ratio of periodontal surgery will be promoted if periodontists enforce the surgical procedure professionally.
