  • 作者简介:潘亚萍，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。1999—2002 年及2006—2007 年以高级访问学者和客座教授在美国进行口腔微生物和牙周病学研究。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院牙周科主任、口腔生物学教研室主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会常务委员，中华口腔医学会辽宁省分会副会长，辽宁省口腔内科专业委员会主任委员，《中华口腔医学杂志》审稿专家，《华西口腔医学杂志》、《国际口腔医学杂志》、《现代口腔医学杂志》、《牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志》、《广东牙病防治》、《中国微生态学杂志》、《中国实用口腔科杂志》等编委。主要研究方向为牙周病与全身疾病相互关系研究、牙周病危险因素分析、口腔分子微生物学研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金课题2 项，国家科技部攻关合作课题2 项，国家教育部和省级课题等9 项。发表学术论文80 余篇，其中被SCI 收录7 篇。主编和参编著作4 部。获部、省级科技进步奖3 项。

摘要：

提要：牙周病是指发生在牙周支持组织的疾病。牙周病发展到较严重的阶段后，仅靠基础治疗不能解决全部问题，需要通过手术的方法对牙周软、硬组织进行处理，才能获得良好的疗效。本文就牙周手术治疗的概念和发展做一概述。

关键词: 牙周病, 牙周组织工程, 美容性手术

Abstract:

Summary：Periodontal disease is what happens to the periodontal support organization. When periodontal diseases develope to more serious phase，basic therapy can't solve all problems. In order to get a good curative effect，periodontal surgery is needed to deal with periodontal soft and hard tissue. This paper will discuss the concept and the development of periodontal surgical therapy.
