老年2型糖尿病患者全口磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复20例临床观察

摘要：

目的    观察老年2型糖尿病患者全口磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复的临床效果。方法    对2006年6月至2008年12月在山西医科大学第二医院口腔科进行全口磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复的老年2型糖尿病患者20例，检查并记录修复前、修复后1年、修复后2年的基牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度和牙齿松动度，并进行统计学分析。结果    覆盖全口义齿经3～4次修磨后均固位良好，组织无压痛，随访2年中所有覆盖基牙均无龋坏，牙周无脓肿，基牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度均有增加（P < 0.05），牙槽骨高度变化不明显（P > 0.05），牙齿松动度降低（P < 0.05），患者反应良好。结论    覆盖全口义齿可以免除拔牙的痛苦和等待创口愈合的时间，为老年2型糖尿病患者要求全口义齿修复提供了一个良好的选择。

Abstract:

Objective    To observe the clinical effect of full-mouth magnetic attachment overdentures in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. Methods    From June 2006 to December 2008 in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University， full-mouth dental magnetic attachment overdenture restoration was performed in 20 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes；check and record the data before repair，1 year after the repair and 2 year after repair，including base plaque index， gingival index， periodontal pocket depth， alveolar bone height and mobility， and analyze the data statistically. Results    After 3 to 4 times of grinding the full-mouth overdenture achieved good retention，no tissure tenderness. After two years of follow-up，the teeth had no caries or periodontal abscess；base plaque index， gingival index and periodontal pocket depth were increased （P < 0.05）；alveolar bone height did not change significantly （P > 0.05）； tooth mobility decreased （P < 0.05）；patients showed good response. Conclusion    Full-mouth overdenture can remove the pain of tooth extraction and wound healing waiting time for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes，who require complete dentures. It is a good choice for them.
