实验性1型糖尿病大鼠牙槽骨高度变化研究

摘要:

目的    探讨实验性1型糖尿病大鼠牙槽骨高度的变化。方法    选取SPF级雄性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠12只,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组6只。实验组大鼠腹腔一次性注射新鲜配制的链脲佐菌素(STZ)(60 mg/kg)建立1型糖尿病模型;对照组大鼠注射相应体积的柠檬酸盐缓冲液。观察8周,然后处死所有大鼠并分离其上下颌骨,体式显微镜观察测量上下颌骨第一、二、三磨牙的牙槽骨高度,比较分析牙槽骨高度的变化。结果    对照组大鼠未见明显的牙槽骨破坏;实验组大鼠可见明显的牙槽骨破坏,破坏呈水平型,第一、二、三磨牙牙槽骨均有破坏,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论    实验性1型糖尿病大鼠可见牙槽骨破坏,并且呈现缓慢的水平型吸收。

Abstract:

Objective    To explore the alveolar bone height changes in experimental type 1 diabetic rats. Methods                 Twelve male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The rats in the experimental groups were made type 1 diabetes mellitus(DM)by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) (60mg/kg),while the control groups were injected with equal volume citrate buffer. All animals were sacrificed after 8 weeks. The alveolar bone loss(ABL) of the first molar,second molar and the third molar were measured from alveolar crest to enamel-cementum junction by stereoscope loupe. Results    The rats in the control groups had no obvious bone damage;while experimental groups showed obvious bone destruction horizontally, there was significant difference statistically(P<0.05). Conclusion    The alveolar bone damage was shown in rats with type 1 diabetes mellitus,and was horizontal absorption slowly .
