牙龈瘤术式改良及术后牙龈美学探索

摘要：

目的    探讨牙龈瘤改良术式的预后情况及美学效果。方法    选择厦门大学附属第一医院口腔科门诊2008年3月至2010年1月收治的牙龈瘤患者12例，采用改良牙龈瘤治疗术式进行治疗，观察治疗效果。结果    12例中有8例治愈，牙龈瘤完全消失，随访6 ~ 18个月均无复发迹象，牙龈色泽、外形基本恢复正常，患者基本满意。结论    本文介绍的改良牙龈瘤治疗术式可以有效治疗牙龈瘤，同时获得较常规术式更加理想的美学效果。

Abstract:

Objective    To present a new modified gingivoectomy in the treatment of epulis. Methods    In this study，12 patients suffering from epulis underwent this new modified operation. The treatment effect and postoperative gingival aethetics were evaluated during the follow-up period. Results    Eight of 12 patients were cured by this new operation without complication or recurrence during the 6 ~ 18 months follow-up period. Conclusion    Compared with traditional gingivoectomy，this modified operation shows an advantage in the field of gingival cosmetic surgery.
