乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的临床治疗原则及注意事项

  • 作者简介:赵玮，副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。2001年毕业于武汉大学口腔医学院获口腔临床医学博士学位。现任中山大学附属口腔医院儿童口腔科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会儿童口腔医学专业委员会常务委员，广东省口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会常务委员。长期从事儿童口腔疾病的临床、教学和科研工作，熟悉儿童口腔常见病、疑难病的诊断与治疗。主要研究方向为儿童早期龋的病因与防治、牙体硬组织的破坏与修复机制等。发表学术论文30余篇，主持、参与国家级、省部级科研课题15项。

摘要：

提要：乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病是儿童口腔科临床工作中的常见病、多发病，是引起牙体缺损、牙列缺失的主要原因，严重影响患儿的身心健康。乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的治疗原则与其解剖生理特征及儿童心理特点密切相关。本文旨在结合笔者的临床经验及国内外文献，对乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的治疗原则、方法及临床注意事项等进行评述，并强调根管治疗术在其中的重要性和必要性。

Abstract:

Summary：Infection and inflammation of pulp and periapical tissue of primary tooth is very common clinical phenomenon in pediatric stomatology， which is the main cause of  residual tooth and dentition defect and exerts a serious influence on the physical and mental health of children. Therapeutic principles for children are closely associated with the distinguishing anatomic features of deciduous tooth   and the state of children's mind. This paper summarizes current treatment for pulpitis and periapical periodontitis of children based on the authors' experience and relevant literature， emphasizing the importance as well as the essentiality of root canal therapy.
