Raypex5根尖定位仪两种测量法准确性比较研究

摘要:

目的    比较Raypex5根尖定位仪两种测量法测定牙齿根管工作长度的准确性。方法    选择2009年7月至2009年11月北京口腔医院收治的慢性根尖周炎患者拔除的离体牙40颗为根尖周破坏组;以正畸拔除的单直根管且根尖孔发育完全的健康牙40颗作为根尖周完整组。采用离体牙实测法测量各离体牙根管长度的理论实际值;分别以Raypex5根尖定位仪显示屏上绿格位置测得长度(A法)和红格位置测得长度减去0.5 mm(B法) 作为工作长度。测量值与理论实际值的差值为IF值,比较两种测量法IF值的频数分布。结果    根尖完整组中,A、B两种测量法的准确率分别是85%和87.5%,差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 0.11,P > 0.05);根尖破坏组中,B法的准确率72.5%,高于A法的50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 4.27,P < 0.05)。A法在根尖完整组中的准确率85%,高于根尖破坏组的50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 11.17,P < 0.01);B法在根尖完整组中的准确率87.5%,高于根尖破坏组的72.5%,差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 2.8,P > 0.05)。结论    Raypex5根尖定位仪能够准确测量根管长度,其数码条到达红格后测得的长度减去0.5 mm更接近根管真实工作长度。

Abstract:

Objective    To compare the accuracy of  two different methods by Raypex 5 electronic apex locator in vitro. Methods    Forty teeth were selected from the patients with chronic periapical infection who were treated in Beijing Dental Hospital from July to November of 2009 and they were the apex defect group; another 40 healthy teeth were the complete apex group. The theoretical actual length of root canal was measured on the teeth. The green standard position (way A) and the red standard position substracting 0.5mm (way B) shown on the screen of Raypex5 apex locator were regarded as the work length. The difference between the measured length and the theoretical actual length was the IF value., Compare the IF value distribution of the two ways. Results    In the complete apex group, the accuracy rate of way A and B was 85%and 87.5%, respectively, with no statistical difference (χ2 = 0.11, P > 0.05). In the apex defect group, the accuracy rate of way B was 72.5%, higher than that of way A (50%), with statistical difference (χ2 = 4.27,P < 0.05). The accuracy rate of way A in the complete apex group was 85%, higher than that in the apex defect group (50%), with statistical difference (χ2 = 11.17, P < 0.01). The rate of way B in the complete apex group was 87.5%, higher than that in the apex defect group (72.5%), but with no statistical difference (χ2 = 2.80, P > 0.05).  Conclusions    Raxpex5 apex locator can accurately measure the length of root canals, and when its position reaches the red point, the length substracting 0.5mm is closer to the real work length of root canals.
