大庆地区口腔医生比色现状调查

摘要:

目的    了解大庆地区口腔医生比色的现状。方法    于2009年12月至2010年10月采用分层随机抽样调查的方法对大庆地区23个综合医院和口腔诊所进行问卷调查,共调查口腔医生170名。将被调查的医生按照工作年限、学历及所在医院规模分组,对各组医生目测比色时是否首先选择亮度、是否采用柔和自然光、是否要求患者卸妆进行比较。结果    使用VITA比色板进行比色的162名中比色时首先选择亮度的,在不同工作年限和不同医院规模的各组间差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05);其中工作年限<3年和所在医院规模>10张牙椅的口腔医生在各自分组内比例最高。在比色时光源的选择上,不同学历和不同医院规模的各组间差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05);其中研究生学历和医院规模>10张牙椅的口腔医生在各自分组内采用柔和自然光的比例最高。在比色时是否要求患者卸妆的统计中,各组之间差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论    大庆地区口腔医生的目测比色缺乏一致性。

Abstract:

Objective    To know about the current situation of shade-matching in Daqing area. Methods    A total of 170 doctors in 23 general hospitals and dental clinics were investigated with questionnaires. These doctors were divided into groups according to their working years, academic degrees and hospital size. The following factors were investigated: when the doctors were performing shade-matching, which was their first choice, the brightness or the soft natural light, and whether they asked the patients to wash off their make-up. Results    Among 162 people, those who chose brightness had statistical difference in their working years and hospital size (P < 0.05), and the accuracy rate was the highest in those with less than 3 years of working and more than 10 tooth-chairs of hospital size. On the choice of light source, there was statistical difference among groups of different academic degrees and different hospital sizes (P< 0.05),and those with post graduate degree and hospital size more than 10 tooth-chairs was the most in choosing soft natural light. For the number of doctors who asked the patients to wash off their make-up, there was no statistical difference (P > 0.05). Conclusions    There is no consistency in shade-matching among the doctors in Daqing area.
