牙周炎动物模型研究新进展

摘要：

提要：牙周炎是成年人失牙的重要原因之一。建立合适的牙周炎动物模型，对于深入探讨牙周炎的发病机制、病理学特点以及预防、治疗牙周炎等均有重要意义。本文从牙周炎动物模型建立的机制、方法及实验动物的选择等方面，对牙周炎动物模型的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary：Periodontitis is one of the most important reasons that cause teeth loss in adults. Building an animal model of periodontitis has great significance  in the study of etiology， pathology， prevention and cure of periodontal disease. This article reviewed the recent development of studies on the animal model of periodontitis from several aspects，including the mechanism and the method of establishing animal model and choice of laboratory animal.
