牙周炎药物缓释系统的研究进展

摘要： 牙周炎药物缓释系统是指利用介质的材料特性，使包裹的药物长期缓慢释放，从而辅助机械刮治和根面平整，实现对菌斑的彻底清除。相比非缓释类药物的局部运用及传统的口服给药方式，局部缓释系统能在牙周局部长期缓慢地释放药物，保证持续有效的抗生素浓度，抗菌消炎；且副反应小、靶向性好。文章就常见牙周炎抗菌药物和药物载体及其局部缓释机制做一综述。

Abstract: Periodontitis sustained-release drug delivery system refers to that by using the material properties of the medium，the doped drug is released slowly over a long period of time，thus playing an auxiliary therapeutic role in removing plagues completely in conjunction with scaling and root planning. Compared with the topical application of drugs and traditional oral administration，topical sustained-release systems can release drugs in the periodontium slowly and locally for a long time to ensure a continuous effective antibiotic concentration to achieve antibacterial and anti-inflammatory therapeutic effects；meanwhile，the side effects are mild and it is well-targeted. In this paper，we review the common antimicrobial drugs and drug carriers for periodontitis and their sustained-release drug mechanism.
