东北地区正常牙合成人X线头影测量Holdaway法分析

摘要：

目的    分析东北地区正常牙合成人面部软组织侧貌特征，探讨其性别及地域差异。方法    于中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科将100名东北地区正常牙合汉族成人侧位X线头颅定位片描图、定点、测量，Holdaway 法分析各项指标，并与北京人进行比较。结果    得出东北地区正常牙合成人Holdaway软组织分析法各项正常值。东北地区男女比较，部分测量值有显著性差异；与北京地区比较，东北地区整体面型较突。结论    东北地区正常牙合成人软组织侧貌具有一定的地域特点。

Abstract:

Objective    To analyze the regular patterns and characteristics concerning the craniofacial morphology  of adults with normal occlusion in the northeast area. Methods    A total of 100 students with normal occlusion underwent lateral cephalometric radiography，which were traced，landmarks identified，measured analysis indexes of Holdaway，and compared with that of Pekingman and White man. Results    The normal value of Holdaway soft tissue analysis method was established for the adults with normal occlusion in the northeast area. Conclusion    There are some characteristics for the soft tissue profile in the adults with normal occlusion in the northeastern area.
