根管治疗术后根尖微渗漏影响因素的研究现状

摘要：

提要：根管治疗术后根尖发生微渗漏是导致根管治疗失败常见的原因之一。根管治疗术后根尖微渗漏的影响因素有很多， 包括根管预备及充填方法、玷污层的处理、根充材料等。本文对此做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary：The apical leakage is one of the most common reasons leading to the endodontic surgery failure after root canal therapy. There are so many factors which affect the apical leakage after root canal therapy that including the root preparation and condensation， the treatment of the smear layer and the different root condensation materials and so on.
