对甲基丙烯酸树脂基托试件消毒方法对照研究

摘要: 目的 评价无菌操作、蒸汽清洗机清洗、超声波清洗机清洗、2%戊二醛溶液中浸泡4种处理方法对树脂基托试件的消毒效果。方法 2009年2—6月在大连市口腔医院制备30 mm×20 mm×2.6 mm的丙烯酸树脂试件30个,随机选6个为B组,严格执行无菌操作。剩余24个常规打磨抛光后随机分成A、C、D、E 4组每组各6个试件。A组为对照组,C、D、E组分别经过蒸汽清洗10 s、超声清洗5 min、2%戊二醛浸泡30 min后,取样细菌培养,观察菌落数量和种类。 结果 C、E组的平均菌落数小于1(即杀菌对数值≥3.00),B、D组为1.67、1.75;A组与其他4组的菌落数量的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),C、E两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组两两比较差异均有统计学意义。结论 无菌操作、蒸汽清洗机清洗、超声波清洗机清洗、2%戊二醛溶液中浸泡4种处理方法对树脂基托试件的消毒均有效;2%戊二醛和蒸汽清洗机组消毒合格,超声清洗组和无菌操作组消毒不合格;2%戊二醛和蒸汽清洗组的消毒效果最好,其次为超声清洗组、无菌操作组。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of 4 methods on acrylic resin base denture,namely,aseptic manipulation,steam cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning,and soaking in 2% glutaraldehyde solution. Methods Thirty(30 mm×20 mm×2.6 mm)acrylic resin specimens were made,of which 6 specimens were chosen as group B randomly and polished by strictly executing aseptic manipulation. The rest 24 acrylic resin specimens were polished by the routine method. After polishing, 24 acrylic resin specimens were divided into A, C, D, E groups randomly, group A, as the control group, groups C, D, E were disinfected by steam cleaning machine for 30 seconds, ultrasonic for 5 minutes, and soaked in 2% glutaraldehyde solution for 30 minutes,respectively. Then bacteria specimens were taken for culturing and calculated the amount of bacterial species and its numbers. According to ‘Disinfection Technology Standard’, KL ≥3.00,it can be deem to fulfilled the requirement of eligible disinfection. Results The average colony count of the C and E was less then 1,in other words, their groups KL ≥3.00. The group B and Ds’ was 1.67 and 1.75. The T-test between control group and others indicated significant difference(P < 0.05). By the pair wise comparison of the colony count of group B,C,D,E, they all had a significant difference(P < 0.05) except group C and E. Conclusion The 4 methods all have good effect to reduce the bacterial colony count. Group C and E are the eligible disinfection group, while B and E groups are not.
