Carisolv伢典化学-机械去腐法治疗深龋临床疗效研究

摘要：

摘要：目的 评价Carisolv伢典凝胶化学-机械去腐法治疗深龋的临床效果。方法 选择2004年7月至2006年7月沈阳市口腔医院牙体牙髓科就诊的深龋患者84例（102颗患牙），按照就诊顺序随机分为 Carisolv组和对照组，Carisolv组应用Carisolv伢典凝胶化学-机械去腐技术，对照组常规高速手机机械去腐制备洞型，1年后复诊，比较疗效差异。结果 Carisolv组术后1年成功率为98.1%，与对照组（84%）比较差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 Carisolv伢典化学-机械去腐法是一种安全、有效的去腐技术，在深龋治疗过程中提高了治疗成功率。

Abstract:

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Carisolv in the treatment of deep caries. Methods A total of 84 patients with deep caries（102 cases ）were collected from Shenyang Stomatological Hospital from 2004 to 2006 and were randomly divided into two groups. Carisolv group consisted of 52 cases and was treated with carisolv;control group consisted of 50 cases and was treated with traditional drilling method. Results After 1 year of follow-up， the success rate of deep caries treatment between the two groups had significant difference（P < 0.05）. Conclusions Deep caries removal with carisolv was a safe， effective and favorable method， which can greatly increase the success rate.
