构建下颌中性区全口义齿有限元模型的研究

摘要: 摘 要:目的 构建下颌中性区全口义齿有限元模型,为今后对该义齿的有限元分析奠定基础。方法 通过预实验确定显影剂的种类和添加的比例,制作出可显影的下颌全口义齿,并于2008年对我院佩戴该义齿志愿者的无牙颌下颌骨及全口义齿进行CT扫描,直接采集医学数字成像和通信标准(DICOM)数据,运用逆向工程原理建立全口义齿及无牙颌下颌骨的有限元模型。结果 采用上述方法制作的下颌全口义齿及无牙颌下颌骨的三维有限元模型几何相似性强,模型精度高。结论 可显影的全口义齿结合应用逆向工程原理能完全满足下颌中性区全口义齿有限元建模的需要。

Abstract: Abstract:Objective To establish the developed mandibular neutral zone complete dentures for the finite element analysis of complete dentures and support tissues. Methods Determine the sort and ratio of photographic developer on the preliminary experiment in 2008. Based on helical CT scanning data of a male’s edentulous mandible, the three-dimensional model was established with application of digital image processing programmer and reverse engineering software Geomagic. Results Three-dimensial finite element model of complete dentures and the support tissues were established. The model showed good similarity to the real complete dentures. Conclusion The developed dentures and reverse engineering method can be used in building finite element models.
