牙隐裂综合治疗临床疗效观察

摘要： 目的 观察牙隐裂综合治疗的临床疗效。方法 对2001年5月至2004年1月来沈阳市口腔医院就诊的107例牙隐裂患者的122颗患牙，采取调牙合、带环黏固后根管治疗加全冠修复的方法修复，随访2年，复查治疗效果。结果 122颗患牙中，成功91颗（74.59% ），好转28颗（22.95%），失败3颗（2.46%），有效率达97.54%。结论 对隐裂牙进行综合治疗，特别是采取调牙合、带环黏固后根管治疗加全冠修复的方法疗效确切，值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficiency of comprehensive therapy on cracked teeth. Methods Comprehensive methods were used to treat 122 cracked-teeth of 107 patients from May 2001 to January 2004 in Stomatology Hospital of Shenyang. These teeth were occlusion， sticked solid band before root-canal therapy plus complete coronal restoration. The patients were followed up for 2 years， and the treatment effectiveness was reviewed. Results In the 122 teeth， 91 teeth were treated successfully （74.59%）， 28 teeth were better （22.95%），while 3 teeth failed （2.46%）. The effectiveness reached 97.54%. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for the cracked teeth is effective and worth promoting.
