可摘局部义齿基托树脂加氟防龋临床研究

摘要： 目的 研究可摘局部义齿基托局部加氟对基牙的防龋作用。方法 2005年12月至2007年1月对南昌大学口腔医学院修复科门诊的牙列缺损且采用活动义齿修复患者24例，用氟离子选择性电极测定戴用含氟自凝树脂可摘局部义齿（对照组）及戴用含氟热凝树脂可摘局部义齿（实验组）后不同时间点的唾液及菌斑内氟离子质量浓度，并进行比较。结果 两组唾液中氟离子质量浓度差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）;实验组、对照组中的基托树脂加氟后，基牙菌斑氟离子质量分数与基牙对侧同名牙菌斑中的氟离子质量分数相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;实验组中基牙菌斑氟离子质量分数的变化与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 可摘局部义齿基托局部加氟化钙后，有氟离子缓释装置的作用，有利于预防可摘局部义齿基牙龋。

Abstract: The clinical study on fluoride thermoplastic resin for preventing dental caries in abutment teeth of removable partial dentures. YANG Jun，ZHU Hong-shui，GUO Jing. Nanchang University Affiliated Oral Hospital， Nanchang 330006， China
Abstract： Objective To study the effect of the removable topical-fluoride denture base to prevent dental caries in abutment teeth. Methods A total of 24 defect of dentition patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Subjects in the control group weared fluoride self-curing resin RPDs including CaF2， and subjects in the experimental group weared fluoride thermoplastic resin RPDs including CaF2. Fluoride ion-specific electrode was used to measure the fluoride concentration in dental plaque and saliva before， and one week，two weeks，three weeks，four weeks after subjects weared RPDs. Results The fluoride concentration in saliva was not raised significantly in each group. In the control group and experimental group， compared with the fluoride concentration in plaque which was collected from the teeth away from abutment teeth， fluoride concentration in plaque which was collected from the abutment teeth was higher （P＜0.05）. Compared with the control group， fluoride concentration in plaque did not change significantly in the experimental group（P＞0.05）. Conclusion The fluoride thermoplastic resin can release fluoride ion continually and prevent dental caries in abutment teeth of removable partial dentures.
