牙周维护治疗期间的菌斑控制

  • 作者简介:林敏魁，福建医科大学附属口腔医院牙周科教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任福建省口腔疾病研究重点实验室副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会委员、口腔生物医学专业委员会委员，福建省口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会副主任委员、口腔种植专业委员会委员，国家自然科学基金委员会医学部项目评议专家，《口腔生物医学》、Journal of Clinical Periodontology（中文版）编委。主要研究方向为牙周组织工程、牙周组织再生和牙齿发育。主持完成国家及省、厅级科研项目5项。发表学术论文20余篇。主译、副主译、参编（译）专著6部。获福建省科学技术进步奖二等奖、福建省医学科学技术进步奖二等奖各1项。

摘要： 牙周维护治疗的总体目标是通过定期的预防性干预和患者自我口腔清理，将疾病的复发率降至最低，使治疗后的预后转归稳定保持。菌斑控制是牙周维护治疗阶段的核心内容。文章就牙周维护治疗期间菌斑控制的方法做一介绍，并提出医患合作下的菌斑控制，以期从医患双方角度提高牙周病患者的远期治疗效果。

Abstract: The overall goal of periodontal maintenance therapy is to minimize the recurrence of periodontal disease through regular preventive intervention and self-oral cleaning，and to keep the stable healing outcome after treatment. Among them，plaque control is the core content of periodontal maintenance therapy. This article makes a systematic introduction of the methods of plaque control during periodontal maintenance therapy，and recommends doctor-patient cooperation in plaque
control，in order to improve the long-term treatment effect on patients with periodontal disease from the viewpoints of both doctors and patients.
