  • 作者简介:张扬，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师，国际牙医学院院士。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔正畸教研室主任。兼任中华口腔医学会正畸专业委员会常务委员，辽宁省口腔医学会常务理事，辽宁省口腔医学会正畸专业委员会主任委员，中华口腔医学会口腔正畸专科会员，国际牙医学院院士，国际牙科研究协会（IADR）会员，世界正畸联盟会员（WFO），美国正畸医师协会会员（AAO），《现代口腔医学杂志》常务编委，《中华口腔正畸学杂志》和《中国实用口腔科杂志》编委，国家卫生计生委全国高等院校研究生口腔医学专业“十二五”规划教材《口腔正畸学》编委。主持项目“微小种植体在正畸临床的应用研究”获2011年辽宁省科技进步三等奖、沈阳市科技进步二等奖。专业特长和研究方向为牙颌畸形的早期矫治，表面改性金属在正畸中的应用等。在国内外专业期刊发表学术论文80余篇，培养硕士、博士研究生70余名。

摘要：

近年来成人正畸患者数量与日俱增，因成人正畸患者多伴有不同程度的牙周疾患，因此牙周病治疗和口腔正畸治疗之间的关系变得越来越密切。鉴于牙周病患者正畸治疗的特殊性，正畸医生应该对治疗中的相关问题及治疗后牙周维护两个方面给予高度重视。

Abstract:

In recent years，the number of adult orthodontic patients is increasing surprisingly，and most adult patients suffer from varied degrees of periodontal disease. Therefore， periodontics and orthodontics have been more and more closely linked. Given the special nature of adult orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontal diseases， this article describes the issues related to orthodontic treatment and periodontal maintenance after the treatment.
