不同年龄组口腔正畸保持治疗患者的配合及心理影响因素分析

摘要：

目的    探讨不同年龄患者在口腔正畸保持治疗中的配合情况及心理影响因素。方法    2005年3月至2009年11月，在广东河源市人民医院口腔科，将210例不同年龄的正畸固定治疗结束后配戴保持器的患者分为青少年组（12 ~ 18岁）110例、成年组（＞18 ~ 45岁）100例。对其保持器戴用情况及5种常见心理影响因素进行调查，并对两组情况进行比较。结果    两组病例在按医嘱配戴保持器、按时复诊、保持器维护方面存在具有统计学意义的差异（P < 0.05）；在配戴保持器治疗过程常见的影响合作的心理因素中，感觉说话不清或不适、担心影响口腔卫生、担心复发、怕别人嘲笑等两组间差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论    在保持治疗中，成人患者配合程度较高，不同年龄患者大多数正畸保持治疗心理相同或相似，但在某些心理方面存在差异。

Abstract:

Objective    To study  psychological factors and cooperation of patients  in the phase of orthodontic retention. Methods    A total of 210 orthodontic  patients in the phase of orthodontic  retention from Mar. 2005 to Nov. 2009 in Dental Department of  Heyuan Hospital were divided into two groups according to ages：younger（12 ~ 18）group，older（>18 ~ 45）group. Their most common orthodontic psychological factors were gathered and statistically analyzed. Results                There was no significant difference between the two groups in the uncooperative behavioural factor of poor oral hygiene in the retention treatment （P > 0.05），while the other seven factors showed significant difference （P < 0.05）. Conclusion   The patients of various ages in the phase of orthodontic rentention are the same or similar in most orthodontic psychological aspects.
