面中部复杂骨折142例临床治疗分析

摘要：

目的    探讨面中部骨折的特点、治疗方法及并发症的处理。方法    对2005年1月至2009年12月中国医科大学第一附属医院整形外科收治的142例面中部骨折的病例资料进行总结分析。结果    患者伤口全部愈合良好，面部外形恢复满意，部分患者配合1～2周的颌间牵引，咬合关系、张口度恢复正常。结论    三维重建CT在诊断鼻、眶、颧、上颌骨骨折中有重要临床参考意义，正确复位后坚固内固定是常用治疗方法。

Abstract:

Objective    To explore the clinical characteristics，treatment and complication of middle facial fracture．Methods    Retrospective analysis of 142 cases of middle facial fracture treated in our hospital in the recent five years was made. Results    All the wounds healed primarily with satisfactory facial symmetry，and the level of occlusion and mouth—opening recovered. Conclusions    Three-dimensional CT is of great value in the diagnosis of  nose orbital zygomatic maxillary fracture.Rigid internal fixation after exact replacement is the primary common treatment.
