左归丸和戊酸雌二醇对实验性骨质疏松牙周炎大鼠牙周组织及血清中碱性磷酸酶、钙、磷影响的研究

摘要：

目的    探讨左归丸和戊酸雌二醇对骨质疏松牙周炎的治疗作用。方法    2007年10月至2009年3月在河北医科大学口腔医院选取纯种雌性6月龄SD大鼠36只，随机分为对照组、骨质疏松牙周炎组、西药组（戊酸雌二醇）、中药组（左归丸）4组，每组9只，建立骨质疏松牙周炎模型，按分组用药，于3个月时处死大鼠，取上颌骨标本，光镜下观察牙周组织病理变化，检测血清中的中碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、钙（Ca）、磷（P）。结果    对照组牙周组织无明显变化；骨质疏松牙周炎组牙周炎症明显，牙槽骨大量吸收；西药组和中药组牙周炎症明显减轻，有牙槽骨新生。与骨质疏松牙周炎组相比，西药组和中药组血清中ALP降低（P < 0.01），Ca升高（P < 0.01），P降低（P < 0.01）。结论    左归丸和戊酸雌二醇均能减轻牙周炎症、抑制牙槽骨吸收，改善血清中骨代谢局部调节因子，促进颌骨骨量增加，改善牙槽骨结构。

Abstract:

Objective    To compare Zuogui Pill and estradiol valerate treatment for the periodontitis of experimental rats with osteoporosis. Methods    Thirty-six 6-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups：control group， osteoporosis and periodontitis group， estradiol valerate group， Zuogui Pill group， 9 in each group. The osteoporosis and periodontitis model was established；drugs were given for each group；in 3 months the rats were sacrificed to take the mandibles；pathological changes of periodontal tissue were observed under light microscope；serum ALP， Ca and P were detected. Results    In the control group there were no significant changes in periodontal tissues；in the osteoporosis and periodontitis group，there were obvious periodontal symptoms and a substantial absorption of alveolar bone；in estradiol valerate group and Zuogui Pill group the periodontal symptoms were significantly reduced，and the alveolar bone was renewed. Serum ALP and P was reduced （P < 0.01） while serum Ca was increased （P < 0.01）. Conclusion    Zuoguiwan and estradiol valerate can reduce periodontal inflammation， inhibit the absorption of alveolar bone，improve the local regulator of bone metabolism，promote increase of mandibular bone mass and improve alveolar bone structure.
