超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中前列腺素E2水平影响的研究

摘要:

目的    探讨超声龈下刮治同步0.1%消炎痛冲洗对中、重度慢性牙周炎患者的龈沟液量和龈沟液中前列腺素E2水平的影响。方法    选择2005年7月至2006年7月来河北医科大学附属口腔医院口腔内科就诊的中、重度慢性牙周炎患者12例(患牙44颗),随机分为对照组(超声龈下刮治+无菌蒸馏水冲洗)和消炎痛组(超声龈下刮治+ 0.1%消炎痛冲洗),检测龈上洁治及龈下刮治前(治疗前)、龈上洁治及龈下刮治同步药物冲洗后(治疗后)7、28 d的龈沟液量和龈沟液中前列腺素E2水平变化。结果    两组治疗后龈沟液量和前列腺素E2水平均较其治疗前有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);消炎痛组治疗后龈沟液中前列腺素E2水平降低程度大于对照组(P < 0.05),而两组治疗后的龈沟液量降低程度差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论    超声龈下刮治同步0.1%消炎痛冲洗治疗可更有效降低龈沟液中前列腺素E2水平,提高牙周炎基础治疗效果。

Abstract:

Objective    To investigate the effects of ultrasonic scaling combined with 0.1% indomethacin (IND) irrigations on the level of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)of patients with moderate to advanced chronic periodontal diseases. Methods    In the Department of Oral Medicine in Hebei Medical University from July of 2005 to 2006,44 teeth of 12 patients with moderate or advanced chronic periodontal disease were chosen and divided into two groups at random:control group(ultrasonic scaling combined with distilled water irrigation) and IND group(ultrasonic scaling combined with 0.1% indomethacin irrigation). The volumn of GCF and the levels of PGE2 were recorded at baseline and after 7 and 28 days of therapy.  Results    There was a significant decrease of the volume and the level of PGE2 in GCF of two groups(P < 0.01). Comparison between two groups indicated that the decrease of the level of PGE2 of IND group was higher than control group(P < 0.01),but there was no statistical difference in the decrease of the volum of GCF(P > 0.05). Conclusion    The method of ultrasonic scaling combined with 0.1% IND irrigation has significant effect to decrease the level of PGE2 in GCF and improve the result.
